1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for VHC Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
2. Eligibility
VHC Program is intended for founders, co-founders, and senior representatives of ventures. Participants must be 18 years or older.
3. Registration & Payment
Registration is completed by submitting the registration form and paying the applicable fee. Fees are tiered (early bird, standard, late) based on your registration date and are shown in Naira, inclusive of VAT. Payment is processed through our payment provider at the time of registration; your place is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
4. Programme Changes
VHC Program reserves the right to make reasonable changes to facilitators, venue, or programme content where necessary, and will notify registered participants of any material change.
5. Confidentiality
During the live diagnosis portions of the programme, participants may share commercially sensitive information about their own venture, and may be present while other participants do the same. By attending, you agree to treat any information shared by other participants or their ventures during the programme as confidential, and not to disclose or use it outside the programme.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants throughout the day. VHC Program reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund. Participants must follow any programme-day code of conduct shared by VHC Program.
7. Intellectual Property
The VHC four-engine framework, brand assets, and programme materials remain the property of Startup Development Center (SDC) and Vidaho, jointly.
8. Limitation of Liability
VHC Program provides diagnostic guidance and structured feedback but does not guarantee any specific outcome, including successful fundraising. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VHC Program's liability arising from your participation is limited to the fee paid for the programme.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lagos State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
